We stayed at this BW only 1 night (8/4/24) as we were flying out at 6:30 AM. Checking in took about 20 minutes as the clerk had trouble processing our reservation but didn't bother to explain why, actually said nothing to me while fiddling around with office supplies on the desk. Fortunately another clerk came on duty & took over. Apparently Travelocity's credit card wasn't working but she corrected the problem. I was also a bit surprised to see they still have not only large plexiglass up in front of the desk but a table in front of the counter with large bottle of hand sanitizer on it. The plexiglass & table made it hard to hear the 2nd girl tell me what the issue was with the reservation. It's time to get rid of the table. Room was clean & comfortable bed but we were annoyed that the in-room refrigerator wasn't working properly as we had some food we wanted chilled to take on our flight. We would definitely stay again as the location is great if you're flying in or out of Avoca.

Front Desk Staff personable and accommodating. Disappointed I had to request housekeeping to replenish linen and supplies. Had to make second request for supplies as only towels were provided at first. Housekeeping Staff apparently did not inventory used items. Nice breakfast area well supplied and attended.
