VERY basic

No shampoo, no heater (it's very cold in the morning), you even need to ask for a bottle of water, which most hotels in Mexico already have in the rooms. Towels are rough. The bathroom is so small, I wonder how a large person could fit on the toilet.

The room light at the room did not work. They tried to replace the bulb, but that did not work. There was only ONE electrical outlet in the bathroom to charge devices.

Decent place to stay. Helpful staff. Clean basic rooms, good view from upper patio. Good location of just off Centro. Good parking. Noisy early morning with transport vehicles moving around, beep beep beep.

Claro que regresaria

El hotel super limpio y agradable, las personas q te atienden super atentas, el estacuonamiento esta a un costado del hotel, solo 2 detalles 1.una mañana el agua no salia caliente, 2. Nunca pude conectarme al wifi, fuera de eso cada que venga a Pátzcuaro me hospedare aqui, buen $ y buen servicio
