We decided on the upgrade to junior suite. Spa Bath was fantastic and the room overlooked the river. Staff were very helpful to assist with a broken glass in the bathroom. Definitely will be back

High expectation to high disappointment
All power points at the mini bar, the standing lamp, in the toilet, are not working except one at the writing desk. The room is dark, with the standing lamp it would help, but this does not work. Wonder why this basic essential is not checked and maintained . I do not expect this in an international hotel.

Getting dated and basic in room. Not bad not good. Charge bond for room then take there time getting it back to you. Double charge for room service then delay in refund. Not sure I’ll stay there again for the money

Very comfortable room with beautiful river view. Everything we needed plus more was provided. We enjoyed dining at the the restaurant and the buffet breakfast, delicious, excellent service and great options. Very helpful friendly staff. Convenient location to explore Perth CBD and the river side. One slight issue for us was that the air con setting for our room was cooler than we’d like on cold wintery days, and could not alter room temperature. However there was a small portable heater we could use provided in our room. Overall a delightful stay.
