Room is nice and clean, there is no A/C unit but its end of Oct, so its not that warm at night, they even have a fan for you. My room is on the ground floor, so in the morning you could hear other guest chit chat at the breakfast. Staffs are very kind and friendly to answer any question.

I enjoyed staying with my husband at Hotel Romance. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We felt super safe everyday at all time the front door was locked and you to be buzzed in along with the key to your room key up front with one of the staff. Breakfast was filling and delicious! Such an amazing location close to everything but also at a good distance from traffic. I will definitely stay at Hotel Romance again.

Cometieron un error y en su sistema solo separaron 1 cuarto en lugar de los dos que habíamos reservado y prepagado. Nos consiguieron dos habitaciones en otro hotel de menor ranking pero de un costo similar, tengan cuidado si reservan más de un cuarto ya que no tienen cuidado y sobrevenden sus cuartos.

Yani at Hotel Romance Front Desk is so helpful
Yani at Romance Hotel is the most helpful front desk person. She was always greeted us with a smile and if something was wrong in our room she would fix it. The hotel is convenient located to everything. Wifi is great. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Again Yani at the front desk is super helpful if you have concerns she will help you. I would highly recommend Romance Hotel if staying in Morelia.

Excelente experiencia, muy limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno super rico. Blanca cosina delicioso, Yani y Dani super amables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, nos informaron muy bien en todo. Vhon, el joven del domingo, nos atendió muy bien. Tiene varias cosas que en otros hoteles las estaria uno pagando por aparte. La transportacion al aeropuerto te la proveen a un costo muy razonable, les recomiendo pregunten por Enrique (transporte) un joven amble y paciente. Recomiendo se hospeden en Hotel Romance al visitar Morelia.
