Business trip for one week
At check-in they ignored the extra benefits from my booking with hotels.com but offered 1.5 of them (free drink and later check-out although very slight) when taken up by the manager. The room was very noisy and a little dirty. I was offered a room change and would now make this my regular Auckland hotel if I could be guaranteed that room location on any of the top 4 floors. Staff after that were amazing. Greatly appreciated.

Other than the friendly welcoming staff i wouldn't recommend. Terrible bed which lead to a terrible sleep. Mattress needs to be changed, out of share, soft with no support, uncomfortable restless night.

Great stay. Location of the hotel was good - it was close to the Sky Tower bus terminal and there were two supermarkets nearby. The staff were very nice and they offered me early check in on the day of my arrival. The room was clean and tidy. Overall a comfortable stay.

The property is centrally located in the city. The front staff was a lot of help stayed on the ninth floor. It was very quiet and very clean. The price was great and there’s a bus from the airport. A shuttle bus goes back-and-forth for NZ$20 every 30 minutes.
