Nice Staff ... and bedbugs
The staff was very kind and apologetic when I found a bedbug in my bed the last night. No discount was offered but I was moved down the hall to another room. They were throwing away mattresses during my stay, so I assume there was a recent infestation and they were dealing with it. Perhaps I was just there for the tail end of it. Nonetheless, some kind of discount would have been nice.

They did NOT have any power OR water when I got there. They had certainly not let people know that fact. I did not stay after driving for 3 hours. I finally found another hotel and got into a room now, at 3:30 A.M. I've never been more disappointed. I should not be held accountable to pay for this booking when I did not stay there. The managers told me they were only open for people with extreme situations, like there home had been destroyed.

Refreshing Hotel with Jetted Tub
The room had a jetted tub with plenty of hot water and powerful jets. I had a good night's rest in a bed with a memory foam mattress. Bed and bathroom linens were clean. Everything worked. It was quiet. Most of all, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider future stays at this hotel.

I had booked a room and already paid for it. When I showed up to check in they told me they had overbooked and didn't accept my payment so they didn't have a room for me. No notification, no offer of any kind, no sorry, no nothing. Just that I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. A refund because i had already paid for my room and was told there's another hotel up the road, ONLY because i asked what I'm supposed to do now. I travel a lot and have never had this happen and to be handled with so little care or even a notification BEFORE I arrived at the hotel. Awful.

Simple/good for price point
This hotel is a little old but in decent condition. No overtly bad problems noted. The carpet didn’t feel the cleanest. The walls in the shower had a couple spots of dirt on them. Very close to interstate which can be good but noisy at night- I needed white noise to sleep. Overall good for the price point. Mattress quite firm, not the most comfy but I slept alright. When it says 2 beds, they mean full sized, NOT queen
