Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel.
- Staff is friendly and speaks English.
- Bed is comfortable, the shower is hot with plenty of pressure.
-The breakfast was delicious consisting of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread and rolls, pastries, juices, coffee. I live European breakfast buffets and this has a good one.
- The down town is a short walk from the hotel and is a pleasure to walk around.
I ate at the hotel’s restaurant... and it was delish- would highly recommend.
Issue: No air conditioning... not unusual for German hotels; however, my room was facing West/ Southwest and the room I. The afternoon early evening was HOT! I don’t blame the hotel or staff for this, it’s just something to keep in mind when selecting this hotel during one of the hottest days of the year...
RECOMMENDATION; Invest in either ceiling fans for the rooms or some type of oscillating/tower fan for your rooms. Being hot is one thing... being hot with now air moving in the room makes for an unpleasant evening...
