BEWARE!
We have had unfortunate experience of being denied service in the middle of the night for a room that we booked and paid for four months in advance. There was an event happening around and we wanted to avoid overbooked hotels situation. Yet, arriving late night, after exhausting day we were told that they had water issues and our room isn’t available. They claimed that we should have received notification from Expedia about this manner. Nobody contacted us- not Expedia, not Bryson hotel. They denied us refund on the spot, claiming that we will receive it through Expedia. After couple of weeks and a lot of exchanged emails, Expedia is claiming that Bryson denies refund. We were left without service, as anticipated we could not find a place to stay for a night in this little town and Bryson Hotel simply charged us for it!
What a terrible experience!
