BEWARE! We have had unfortunate experience of being denied service in the middle of the night for a room that we booked and paid for four months in advance. There was an event happening around and we wanted to avoid overbooked hotels situation. Yet, arriving late night, after exhausting day we were told that they had water issues and our room isn’t available. They claimed that we should have received notification from Expedia about this manner. Nobody contacted us- not Expedia, not Bryson hotel. They denied us refund on the spot, claiming that we will receive it through Expedia. After couple of weeks and a lot of exchanged emails, Expedia is claiming that Bryson denies refund. We were left without service, as anticipated we could not find a place to stay for a night in this little town and Bryson Hotel simply charged us for it! What a terrible experience!

Never again!
Traveling from New York. Rented a room that smelled so musty I couldn’t stay. The person at the desk would not refund our money. So we left and went to a holiday inn express. Never will I book from here again. Horrible experience.

The bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was good, The air conditioner was too loud. There was a strange odor in the room (maybe caused by detergents used to clean the carpet?)

The place was dive. I have lost some faith in the hotel rating system. Dirty, dirty eating utensils on the floor, mold in the shower. Shower curtain falling apart. Dark and no signage I could see.

Okay...
Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Carpets need replaced desperately. Room has a funky smell but we had Febreeze in the car. "Breakfast" has yogurt, cereal, muffins. Fine for an overnight stay while on the road.

In need of some live.
The one good thing was the internet. The property is rundown. Shrubs need trimming, no flowers. Halloween sign still up. The room smelled musty and everything was sticky and damp. Hung up clothes to wear the next day and they were damp.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. They had a gallon of milk in the little fridge for everyone to share, 3 containers of cream cheese for everyone to share. The bread a beagles and muffins were left out under a covered container day and night.tgey advertised microwaves in room and there were none in ours.the bed linens was clean. The carpet in the room needs scrubbed. When I took a shower the dirt came off of the bottom of umy feet from the floor.all in all, it's not a bad place to stay if they would do a lot of cleaning and update.
