The community has a private boat ramp that will give you full access to Lake Tillery. The HOA charges a one-time $25 fee per boat for visitors to use the boat ramp and is payable to the guard house upon entry. There are wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails minutes away. There are also numerous kayaking locations within 15 miles of the cabin. The back of the cabin contains a sun porch that looks over the large wooded lot and down to a small stream.
