Our stay was for two adults. There was only one bath towel and no hair dryer. When I asked housekeeping for another towel she told me she didn’t speak English.

Stayed here before surgery at the Cooper Surgery center. The beds were comfortable and it’s only a 6 minute drive from the center. Very convenient

Get What You Pay For

3rd floor room. Queen sized bed was comfortable, bedding was dingy but obviously clean. Appliances were in desperate need of cleaning. Bathroom sink was clogged and shower head wasn’t fully functioning. Water was nice and hot, though. Never saw housekeeping, but would assume they just sweep/mop. Have to personally bring towels to front desk to get replacements, they will not come to you. Also needed to get replacement trash bags from the front desk. Front desk staff is nice. The dresser drawers in my unit also didn’t stay closed. Overall, good for 1-2 nights, might not be worth it if needing to stay longer than that. Unless you don’t need any frills at all and are on a tight budget.

I travel a lot for work, got into room 202 & it was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping changed the top sheet & wiped the bathroom down and that’s it. I walked in and the shower curtain had a strong, pungent piss smell. Hairs stuck to the shower walls & throughout the room. Asked for a new set of towels because the ones I already had, had little black curly hairs in it like beard hairs. Like I said, highly displeased with the stay. I travel for work often and this was probably top 10 of would not recommend hotels I’ve stayed at. The area around the hotel wasn’t bad, neither were the front desk staff. Very polite, just the housekeeping needs an overhaul in cleaning practices.

Ok but definitely needs help

Wasn't too bad when arrived was given handicap accessible room. However at 1055p discovered there was no shower hose to bathe. Then had to move all belongings from one room to far opposite end of motel using a shopping cart in freezing temperatures. Room was not handicap accessible but acceptable. Stay had to be extended. Was told I needed to leave a security deposit although my card was on file and have yet to receive my deposit refund. Though was told I would receive it 3 business days after check out. Which it has been. Originally asked for extra towels which were not given and maid service isn't offered daily. Must go to office for needs.
