Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the waste baskets in the rooms are so small. Each moi, the waste basket by the elevator was crammed full of takeout containers and wasn't that big to begin with.

This is a beautiful property located among lush landscaping. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient and prompt. The complimentary breakfast was delicious each morning and popular among the guests. Our room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the separate sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative was our room was located near the elevator which was somewhat noisy with people coming & going, along with the noise of the elevator itself. We could have changed rooms but chose not to. However, there was no outside noise. Overall, we were very impressed with this property.

Room was excellent. The bathrooms could use a cleaning as we found hair in the tub. And the shower knobs were crusty with mildew. Other than that we had a very pleasant quiet stay and the room was very spacious would come back. Perfect location to everywhere we wanted to go

Make this you stop, you won’t be disappointed!

This was an Excellent 5 day stay that included a morning highlight breakfast presentation. A hot Breakfast is a real treat at this particular site like no other. The staff and management are always friendly and accommodating. We will make this stay every time we are in these parts.

Cleanliness Disappointment

I found dried up blood on one towel and a stain on another towel. There was a very visible stain on the couch. Thankfully I had wipes to clean it. Then, my shower was not clean. The floor of the shower and walls were dirty. I brought supplies with me as back up. However, I would prefer to not pay all that money just to still have to clean my hotel money. The pros were the breakfast, very friendly staff and comfortable beds. I slept great!
