Clean room, although it looked as if the room was under renovation seeing as one of the light fixtures was missing a cover/shade. Staff was extremely friendly, KP was an amazing help with my check-in.

Checked in around 10:30 pm. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I get to my room and notice the following: the lights between the beds had no shade, the bathroom tub had a scum line from the lack of cleaning, and the overall fit and finish of the room was horrible; they definitley shouldn't be hiring that contractor for anymore work, especially the drywallers. Overall, the cleanliness and care just seemed very half assed. Reminded me more of a poor motel instead of a chain hotel.

Very disappointed to find out the pool and hot tub were out of service. Apparently a scheduled event, but no warning for guests. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the advertised amenities. I could not cancel my reservation because it was after the deadline.

Overall Great Stay!
Wonderful stay! Front desk staff all week was super friendly. I had a package delivered one morning and they held on to it for me until I could get back to pick it up a little later. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to get some work done online and stream hulu - wifi was speedy and didn't have any problems. Great shower. Hot breakfast in the mornings was excellent as well, great options!
