Putrid water
During my stay there was a family or a couple of families that were together that had eight kids ranging between the ages of 2 to 4 to my estimate. They were all running around being a pain in the butt to myself and other swimmers in the hot tub spraying water with there noodles. It occurred to me as I was sitting in the hot tub that it had gone from clean looking water to a really putrid milky green look. When I asked the front desk lady about it she was very nonchalant ( albeit overworked) and said yeah when we have a lot of kids and they wear the Little swimmers and they fill up with water and pee and whatever else and start to leak it really makes a mess. Will probably shock it in the morning and it will be okay. I was like, so with all these toddlers in swim diapers there's an active chance that with the color of the water it's got some really serious health concerns. There could be active poop water and you're not going to close it or at least tell the parents to remove their children? In the morning it was no better and it was still open and they were stealing allowing people to go into the hot tub with the putrid milky green water.

Overall I thought my stay was very comforting. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was a bit cold but breakfast was good. The condition of the hotel seems to have gone down since I last stayed here. Both the room felt outdated and the interior and exterior of the hotel seemed outdated and in rough shape. As in cracks/holes in the ceiling, the Lowe's drywalling still on walls.

Staff were super nice. Our room did have a few things beoken the bathroom door knob the dresser drawer knob. The Pool was very cold.But overall not a bad hotel it was in a convenient area to see our child at college.

Almost 5 stars
I would give 5 stars but the bathroom was unsatisfactory. The bathroom fan did not work, the lighting was very poor, the water backed up when showering and the grout and tub appeared dirty. Customer.service 5 stars. The staff was excellent. Overall appearance good. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Location is great and staff is very helpful. Condition of the property could be better. The rooms are good along with the dining area, but the pool and back patio need some TLC. We've stayed multiple times and over all, have always had a good experience.

Friendly staff, but "tired" facility
Staff were very friendly! Exceptional! Loved the young lady who checked us in at night and also the young lady who worked in the breakfast area the next day. Both were so nice and friendly. The property itself is very "tired" and so was the room. The two pots of dead flowers in the front were an indicator of the state of the rooms inside. They were clean though!

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. It was pretty quiet. The air conditioner sucked. It didn't work, so I went to Walmart to buy a fan. Which then made the next night much better. They have hot breakfast. Which was good. The staff who worked the breakfast area were nice. The pool was nice, it was a little cold, but it was warm in the pool area. The hot tub was nice the first day but felt lukewarm on the second. There is a good amount of food choices in the area.
