County civic center is in same lot. Had a Quinceanera that lasted till 1am. Music was so loud it shook the room. Staff made no effort to move us. Also they took up all the parking for the hotel, leaving us no where to safely park. Horrible experience. I know every town has a cut off for noise and it usually around 10 PM. Also, the hotel should’ve made sure parking was saved for its guest. It’s the hotels responsibility to make sure these protocols are put into place. Not the guest

I believe this place should shut down if they are in the process of renovating. It’s filthy inside and outside. The opening and closing of the doors next door to our room was extremely loud, it sounded like a power tool going. The floors are extremely extra filthy. The beds are about to fall apart as well as the other furniture. So disappointed in this place. No staff member was welcoming or nice. The front desk girl mumbled everything she said and looked and sounded miserable. Breakfast ending at 9am is a joke. Hopefully it will be nicer after they renovate, and I hope they plan on renovation the whole place! Even the entry doors are awful, especially the back doors. And what’s up with the mobile home parked in the back with the guy who has all these guys coming to his mobile home that all look like homeless people. Doesn’t make for a comfortable stay at a place.

Main floor was under construction and smelled super funky (not nice). Room couch had stains all over it to where I wouldn’t sit on it. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay shut due to poor install causing not a great shower experience. TV was standard def, like in the 90’s.

Clean sheets and towels, convenient location near a grocery store and nit far from freeway. Tub faucet was broken and would not turn off, no stopper in sink and shower curtain on backwards. Room had a lot of space however the carpet had stains all over there were stains on the couch the room smelled like it had been doused in air freshener to try and take smell out of what was in carpet. Tried to get find another hotel unfortunately everywhere else was booked solid and we were there for event. Thank goodness we had our own sheets for bed bc with the way the room was we were worried what would be on the bed. Would not recommend as first choice to stay. Also breakfast says starts at six but not the case for the weekend bc people “sleep in” however that’s not the case for everyone so post if you have changes like that on the site.

The property was poorly maintained. There people, vagrants doing drugs in the front landscaping of the property. The main hallway had dirt,debris and trash on the floor. Security door did not lock. Staff was very kind and helpful. The property definitely needs a professional upgrage. Not someone just painting. Spend time and hire professionals contractors and Security.
