Pro: Good water pressure and flow for the shower. The bed was comfortable. There is coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room. Cons: Lint on the bed. Curtains were hanging off the rod making it impossible to close them all the way. Bathroom floor dirty. Dusty in the room in general. Some wall outlets loose enough to not hold a charger in. Accessible room on the 3rd floor is a safety concern. If there were to be a fire, the elevators would not be available and a handicapped person might not be able to use stairs.

This was not the same hotel I remembered a couple of years ago. Then again, I don't pay their bills. The younger staff was dismissive and impolite.

Needs refreshing

Property is very dated. Carpet moves when you walk on it. The sheets had stains on them. Service was friendly and the bed was comfortable. This was not what I expected from a Wingate hotel.

The pictures on Expedia do not reflect the actual property. There is no restaurant or bar. The back door to the property is unlocked at night. Anyone can access the rooms without going through the front. There was only decaf coffee in the room and no tissue.

Not clean would not stay again.

Hotel was not clean outside. Garbage in the parking lot. Lobby when toy checked in appeared clean. Hallways not vaccines. Doors dirty. Inside rooms looked like maybe they are starting to update the rooms but the quality of the work is poor. Beds not pushed back up against wall or in line with head boards. Paint splattered in bathroom and dripped all over molding.

The room floor was not vacuumed from the previous occupants. Housekeeping did not come in to clean the two days we stayed. It looked like there was renovations going on but there was no signs indicating that. It also felt like someone tried to enter my car in the parking lot, I got into my car and the mirrors were adjusted wrong.

Property and room was very dirty. Asked for new room because the bathroom fan squealed so loud when the light was on. The new room was a bit better - with new carpet, but the transition strips had screws sticking out by about half an inch that you could easily slice your foot on. Overall not a great place to stay unless they do some significant cleaning and upgrading.

Beware!!!!

First, the other bad reviews are all correct, head there warning. ALSO!!! WARNING!!!! If you do decide to stay at this dump (Not sure why after all the bad reviews) make sure you are paying the correct amount. I booked through Hotels.com. The hotel canceled my booking and rebooked it through the hotel and charged me more. Then lied to me about it. I talked to Hotels.com and they said there was nothing they could do because i booked through the hotel. I told them that, that was the problem, I didn't book through the hotel, I booked through hotels.com. they said they understand but still could do nothing. So pay attention to your bill when checking in. They will just change your booking and hotels.com will do nothing about it.

Possibly newly purchased. Room was clean but minimally appointed. No washcloths for instance. Hallway was grimy. Think the hotel caters to work crews and maybe they don’t care. Noticed security cameras operating which was comforting. Difficult to find temperature control so had to open ground floor window. Furniture worn.

Asked for a quiet room. We did get the top floor and end of hallway, however the noisiest end- as our room overlooked the roadway, and traffic was very loud. We would stay again however, and try to get the quiet side of the property. Very nice breakfast provided. Beds were comfy - room was spacious.
