Great place to stay. Really nice clean and comfortable rooms. Great facilities. Nice pool and fitness room. Breakfast buffet(w/omlet station) is really good if included in the room, but overpriced if paying separately. The fancy bacon is also good. We would definitely stay here again.

Worst Stay Ever

Arrived and went to the bar for dinner and drinks. Asked for second glass of wine. It never came. Ordered soup and a grilled cheese sandwich to enjoy together. Sandwich arrived. About 20 minutes I was finally able to get someone’s attention for soup. By the time it came out sandwich was cold. Seems they might have been short staffed. Went to the gym for a walk. 15 minutes in 3 preteen girls came in with no supervision. They chose a treadmill on either side of me. Yelling back and forth across me they attempted to see how fast they could get these treadmills to go without falling off. They were in socks mind you. At one point 2 girls were on 1 treadmill. I attempted to use gum phone to call front desk and no one answered. I reported it to the lifeguard as I was afraid these girls were going to get hurt and left. Frustrated, I decided I was going to take a hot shower and relax. This my first vacation away from the grandkids who live at my house and the next day was hours of medical testing. I was supposed to be distressing. Start to turn hot water in and the entire faucet handle falls off in my hand. Managed alike warm shower at best. Went to bed and could not wait to check out.

We love coming to this property when we visit Boise. However we rented a room with two queen beds this time and they left us feeling very stiff and sore. The hotel however is our favorite. It’s an amazing venue with lots to do!
