The indoor and outdoor pools were both great for our stay. Spacious gym and upscale mall nearby. Enjoyed Bar Bacoa restaurant/happy hour and McCool’s ice cream shop in Summit.

The place was beautiful and it was in a perfect location right next to the mall but parking was not the best. We had to park in the garage and walk your way up and doing that with a kid. It’s very difficult. But aside from the other place was beautiful

The wait staff at the restaurants were friendly and the service was excellent. The only downside to the stay occurred when late-night revealers woke up the entire floor at 4:00 am.

Had a very nice staycation with my granddaughter, she loved everything and can’t wait to do it again! I have no complaints about service, hospitality or cleanliness of the location. Breakfast was a lil expensive and we didn’t eat it all!

The website states free breakfast to all adults then the buffet is overpriced at $40 per adult. Waited at table 15 min with no service so I walked out. Bathroom door was broken. Air conditioner did not work properly kept shutting off. I did not attempt to ask to change rooms because it was just for 2 nights. Otherwise the pools were clean and most of the staff was very friendly. The hotel is also clean and convenient.

For the price, it's not worth it. Rooms are outdated. The parking is $25 per vehicle, per day. This is on top of the $280 you are paying per night. Air conditioner was not working properly. The wall controller was set at 65 and room temperature stood at 72 degrees the entire stay. Bathroom did not have proper ventilation. The room had an odd smell and was muggy. Parking was a nightmare. We were following everyone else that was parking on the top lot. There are stairs and the walk was long to get to the front. After returning from eating dinner, there are signs for hotel parking everywhere but it keeps you looping around until you figure, let me go this way to explore and you find that the parking is actually underground. You need to take an elevator up to check in.

Staff was telling you to get to your room everytime they would see you in front of elevators or looking at menu to restaurant, even if you would be talking to people for work. They would interrupt conversations to tell you that you needed to go to your room” I have never stayed in a hotel where staff thinks they can tell a paying customer where to go or what to do. Will not stay here again.
