Good service, clean, unique rooms. Close to München Hbf of you are using Munich as a central point to explore outside the city. Old town is a short 15 minute walk.

Hotel was great. Large rooms for the family. The street was quite noisy at night. Windows were not sound proof. Also not the nicest area but close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town.

Kings First Hotel was a fantastic choice for us! It is super close to the train station, and the döner place across the street was delicious and everybody was so nice. The WiFi is fast and the rooms are beyond comfortable. The soap smelled so good! We utilized the lockers in the basement for our things and it was very convenient for a day of walking around after we checked out. The gentleman concierge that helped us checking in was so kind and helped me practice my German! We were only there one night and didn’t utilize much past that, but we had a blast. Thank you Kings First :)!

The hotel and its staff are fantastic, being so close to the station, which is very handy, comes with a few issues with the people knocking around. But this has nothing to impose on this fantastic hotel and its staff. Second time staying here and both have been great stays.Great for everything has to offer and some great Persian restaurants right outside the hotel. 5 mins walk to the Löwenbraukeller and 10 mins walk to Karlsplatz/Marienplatz. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the kind gentleman serving breakfast Friday morning, i didnt catch his name, but he was so helpful. Highly Recommended Hotel!!!
