"During my recent stay at this hotel (Room 692), I encountered an ongoing disturbance that significantly impacted my rest. The neighboring room played loud music throughout the night, despite my repeated calls to reception. In fact, I even went down to meet the duty manager, who assured me that security would address the issue. While the music briefly stopped, it resumed shortly after, leaving me sleep-deprived and frustrated.
Given that I had an early flight the next morning (6:50 am), this situation was particularly distressing. My total travel time to my destination was a grueling 21 hours, and the lack of sleep made it even more challenging. At checkout, I sought an explanation from the assistant manager regarding the failure to enforce quiet hours and the presence of a music system in the neighboring room. Unfortunately, their response was disappointing, he remained silent and preferred not to reply to me.
I strongly believe that the hotel staff prioritized someone else’s entertainment over that of other guests. The question is how then can allow music systems to bring inside the hotel rooms. I am not going to stay at this property again and i will recommend same to others.
