Great stay and loved the donuts!!

The reception was very welcoming and helpful even though it was very late. I like the sink being separate from the bathroom because it allows for easier use of shared facilities with multiple people. Someone can be showering while the other person brushes their teeth or wash their hands.

The motel itself is a bit dated but hey, it’s the mountains. What stood out was the exceptional customer service. Specifically, I found Shannon to be a rare gift to the hospitality field. She went well above and beyond to ensure that my stay was the best it could be. I was delayed in arrival and SHE actually called me to see if everything was alright. She then devised a plan to allow me to check in after normal hours. I’ve had less service at the Four Seasons. As long as Shannon is working there, I’ll be staying there. BTW - I never leave reviews - it takes a lot to earn my time. Thank you Shannon.

Nice place 5 minutes walk to downtown!! Deer in the yard in the morning!!

The house was great. It is walking distance to downtown, the wine tasting rooms, shops and restaurants. We were there for a girls' weekend. We did not use the bbq or dipping pool, but we did use the kitchen to fix breakfast and dinner. We also didn't take advantage of the games, but many are available. The bedrooms are cute, and the 3 upstairs bedrooms each have a balcony or patio. The kitchen is great and the open concept makes it easy to visit with each other. The flowers on the table, the half and half in the fridge, and the chocolates by the bed were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
