This hotel is in bad need of renovation. It’s old and dated. Rough patched walls, our shower didn’t even work and I had to move all mine and my 6 year olds stuff to another room. I’ve stayed in beautiful, clean and well maintained hotels for the same price.

First, I booked a “balcony” with river view but it wasn’t a balcony. No phone in room. Did not do a cleaning on our first day. The staff were so angry and bothered when we asked for towels and washcloths. The hotel was in terrible condition. Loud, dirty and terrible upkeep. Smelled like marijuana in elevator and halls. Will never stay here again.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, parking and parking is free. I didn't like the breakfast which isn't included in the stay & I don't like Starbucks coffee.

So our coffee maker was broken, but when we told the front desk he made us coffee for free :) ! Really appreciated that because we had an 8 hour drive ahead. Hope he gets some credit, he was juggling making coffee on top of checking people out and maintaining much courtesy! I was disappointed there was no type of free breakfast snacks but I suppose the hottub and pool made up for that! I also am disappointed there was no box fans. But that employee, really made our day!

We checked in late in the night and there were sketchy folks smoking weed in front of the entrance. All the hallways smelled like weed. The room was good and staff were good but environment was very sketchy.
