I had not stayed at this property in a little while. The service is still amazing, but the property has went downhill. There were large families allowing there children to swim naked in the pool and hot tub. The hot tub actually wasn’t even working. Just seems like for the price, it would have still been nicer and it was like staying in a motel 6. It was not worth $200 in the off season. Again, service was amazing, it’s not their fault the property has went down.

Location, location, location!!!! Bathroom needs an update and the A/C unit in the room was not efficient. Maintenance said "that's the best it can do", thankfully it wasn't in the 90's during my stay. Very walkable, great views from the room balcony.

The mattress was very hard, i didn't get any sleep. Bathroom shower head was not cleaned prior to stay. Mirror on back of bathroom door had a long piece of hair on it. Bathroom was very small. Located on the beach, i enjoyed the close access to the beach. Close to a lot of shops, in walking distance.

We like being close to the odd and end shops and Bare Foot Landing and the Boardwalk on the beach. I was very disappointed in the cafe there, as for a cup of coffee was $3.50 cents which was way too much, so we left and went elsewhere.

We love this property and location. You can park and walk to anything on the boulevard if you want. The only wish was that they would go ahead and turn the pool heater on outdoors. Even though it was in the high 70’s the water was really cold. Will stay here again.

I loved the cleanliness and fresh scent of the property. Reported a sink issue. They were there in 5 minutes and completed the fix in 10 minutes. That was great. View was excellent.

Property is older and needs to be updated. Especially the decor in the suites, the furnishings and the ambience is very old. The king size bed and the shower were the best parts of this suite. Good view from the suite overlooking the ocean and beaches.Bar and Pool area was nice. Parking is difficult with very small spaces and limited spaces close by. Only 3 handicap parking spaces. Need better pest control due to spiders and roaches in the suite.

I requested ocean view in which the picture displayed that and when we arrived to the room the view was the pool/tiki bar/outdoor lounge area that was noisy and not relaxing not satisfied with the boss advertising.
