Great Location
The property was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. The only thing I would address is the underperforming air conditioning. It’s obviously a known issue as fans were running when we arrived. It’s not awful but it was a little stuffy. Overall, I’d stay there again

Great Location, Helpful Host
Stayed here with 3 other friends as a part of a guys golf trip weekend. We wanted a condo that was walkable to the beach, and this was the ideal location for us both for that, and access to the golf courses and restaurants we were looking for. Condo was as advertised in the listing, and we had a great time. Communication with the leasing group was probably the best I had experienced in a few years of coming down to this area. Would book again.

The location is great. Beach is not crowded. Place is beautiful. Small beautiful town. But the place is very old and need lot of updates. The rooms is good for for people. We was 6 people, I don't know why Expedia showed me this place, when I put 4 kids and 2 adults on search for rooms. This place is very small for family of 6. There was one full bed and 1bedbunk. Kids was happy the beach is near, So we stayed there . Overall this unit 309 need a update. The place not crowded and check in and check out was easy .

Outdated and unclean, not to mention poorly appointed
The place clearly has not been updated since the 80s. Cabinet doors hang crookedly in the kitchen, the dishwasher sounds like the space shuttle taking off, theres an accumulation of dust on top of the fridge, there are stains on pillows, comforters, rugs, etc. The bathroom would not meet any modern building codes, as it has no window or fan and is small, dark, and always wet. And when they say they do not provide toiletries, that includes no toilet paper! I rent condos annually for vacations and can tell you that it is rare to find one this poor.

Litchfield Condo
We stay in this condo for 4 nights, family of 4. The location is excellent! The beach is across the road, wasn’t crowded at all. The beach was clean, very wide and beautiful. The condo has two levels, two bedrooms on first level and living room & kitchen on the second level with nice size balcony. Overall the condo was clean.
