Very easy to get to right off 95. Close to aquarium, and short drive right into seaport area. Definitely will do the job. Also less then 20 min to Foxwoods.

Very comfortable room at a good price. I only wish that when housekeepers prepared a room that they would check the alarm clock and make sure that it is not set to go off. We were looking forward to sleeping until 7 or 8 but no such luck. We’ve had this problem in other hotels as well and have to grope around to find the off switch.

When in Mystic we love to stay at Hyatt Place. Very convenient and quiet location near the village. Staff are always nice and we love the breakfast in the morning. Room on first floor looked like it had been updated very recently.

Our trip was great. Great rooms and we enjoyed the breakfast. The woman who was checking us in, Amy, was so welcoming and friendly and made sure we were all set. She provided fantastic customer service. These days it is hard to employees like her. We will back again in the spring to enjoy more of Mystic.
