I'm not sure if this property is undergoing renovations, but while we were resting on Saturday before we needed to head out, maintenance was very loud next door, so we couldn't rest. It would have been nice to be made aware of this. The room needed a more thorough cleaning, especially the furniture (lamp switches). The door to our room was bent in, as if someone tried to break in it. I was very concerned about safety. The staff were very friendly, and they deserve to be recognized for their great customer service. The floor we were on was very loud. There isn't anything the property can do about that. People need to be more considerate of standing in the hallway being loud after 11 pm and before 9 am.

The 2 things I can say are the a/c was cold and the fridge was cold. The wallpaper is peeling and the toilet tank had a slow leak. The 2 women running the Bistro were so unorganized, running around like it was their first day. Didn't know who ordered what, didn't know who they had helped, who needed to order. What a mess.

Room review
The room layout was nice and roomy. The bed had some sort of crumbs between the sheets when we turned down the covers. The mattress was terribly hard and was not comfortable at all. Had scheduled for two nights but canceled the second night. The bathroom towel rack was not secured to the wall properly and came loose when used. Did not enjoy the stay. The staff were plesent and helpful.
