Excellent location right across from Nagasaki Station. Even though it was in a busy area, the soundproofing in the room was very good and we could not hear anything from outside. The interior looked quite new and well maintained. I was impressed considering how inexpensive the room was. The free amenity room was also a nice bonus, with different choices for pillows (e.g. memory foam, feather) and other furnishings that guests can take to their rooms.

Room is clean and hotel is conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. 7-11 right next to the hotel is a plus. Love the complimentary ramen and popsicles.

Nice place but no view even when on 5th floor.Not what the pictures would let you believe.

We stayed in a few hotels in Japan. This one had (by far) the most character, being in a historic part of Nagasaki which is in itself quite an interesting and historic city. The room was fine, the breakfast excellent. The staff friendly. I recommend to take the breakfast [as its very nice] but only if you have a bit of time to spare as it can get overcrowded in the breakfast room.
