Great Staff!
Loved the hotel and room. Only issue was the A/C did not cool the room. Thankfully, it was cold outside, so we left the windows opened.

This Hotel is well situated. Just be aware their parking is underground in the -2 level, very tight to go up and down. Highly recommended using a compact car. We got the deluxe room so I can’t talk in general but our room had many luxury features. They are just lack of Air Conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noise from the Street until 2am that things went down. Other than that, great hotel with a great jacuzzi (deluxe room at least)

Next to the Greco museum and the old Sephardic synagogue, and a walking distance to all attractions within the walls of old Toledo. Staff was nice, breakfast was lavish, and rooms are spacious and clean.

It is a truly beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is very very clean, and the food in the hotel restaurant is phenomenal! Oh ... And it was incredibly inexpensive.

This beautiful hotel is located in an old building. Just a note about the 2 stairs we had to use to get to the bathroom, it wasn’t a problem for us, but if a person had mobility issues it might be. The staff was very helpful and nice.

There are many comfortable areas to relax around the property. It is quiet as well. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. But beware, most restaurants are closed on Monday nights.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Toledo. The parking in the deck is by reservation and is very tight and small, but close to the hotel. The staff were great, our room was quiet and clean. I can highly recommend it!
