The Space:
The Main Bedroom has a Queen Bed in the Main bedroom with a en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is all set up and ready for your kids and/or grandkids. The family room, dining space and kitchen are bright and airy and all have a nice view to the beautiful lake behind the condo and all open to one another creating an open floor plan. The one car garage has bikes and beach gear for guests to use throughout their stay.
*Please Note: *You must climb 2 flights of stairs in order to access the unit - there is NO elevator!*.
This is a affordable way to enjoy all that Naples has to offer while enjoying your home away from home!
Berkshire lakes offers tennis, a fishing pier, a community pool with a clubhouse, a biking and jogging path/sidewalks. This is a well planned community with a nice mixture of single family homes, villas, condos and coach homes. The residents are also a good mix or full time residents and snow birds.
Berkshire Lakes is located conveniently off of I-75 in East Naples and there are some awesome restaurants close by. Michelbob's Ribs and BBQ has, you guessed it, the best ribs in town (their potato salad and sweet tea are awesome too!) Whiskey Park is a great locals bar, open late with live music and a huge beer selection, you can't go wrong with their shrimp Po Boy, its a great vale for Naples! If you sleep in late and need an awesome breakfast head over to First Watch, their avocado toast or acai bowls are amazing.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $100 HOA application fee not included in this booking and MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
