Arrived at the site in early evening around 6 to 7pm and not a lot of light on the parking lot. Checked in online so waiting at front desk was longer then should have been because a person was trying to book a room 3 months out over the phone. So was waiting for longer then should have. Then finally got the key to the room so happy I could now shower after a day at the beach but come to find out the water doesn't get warm let a lot hot. So get out of shower turn on television that was a satellite (dish), and that was only getting the guide channel so call the front desk to see that was wrong they told me that maintenance would check it out then 30 mins pass no one shows up. Call again to be told the whole place was down and that they are working on it. After all that decided to leave. Asked for a refund they said I will be refunded but not the full amount was only in the room for 1 hr. They owe me $163. But only getting back $143 and still waiting on that. Even after I showed the receipt of what I paid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Pay a little more for a better place. .....

I would not stay at this hotel again. Complaints: no tv the entire stay, deadbolt on door did not work, one of the electrical outlets did not work, the hallway connecting to the lobby was flooded with water when I got there and I had to walk through water, only 1 washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel and they were all very skimpy, and the furniture looked like they picked it up from the Good Will. However, the desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean.

When you use the elevator to go down from the fourth floor the door opens and closes two or three times. finally it doesn't go down and you have to use the stairs.

My first room was stained and it smelled like urine.2nd room was cleaner but still stained walls and mirror was gross. It had no air condition in the room . Totally broken it was so hot. There was no other room to move me to so I checked out n left . Horrible experience . Front desk man was very nice
