疲れて一泊するには丁度良いホテルです。不満な点は、時間帯によって空港からホテルのシャトルバスが1時間に一本しか無い事と、他のホテルに最初回ってから着くので、空港からホテルまで25ー30分掛かるという所です。それを除いたら、ここは値段もリーズナブルで泊まれる良い所です。スタッフはとても親切でした。

Nice hotel. Large but you don’t feel it. The room is large compare to other places. Shuttle to the mall, airport and train station are several times per hour. Pay attention and always ask the driver where it’s going so you don’t end up in the wrong direction.

Hotel was clean. Carpet in hall need replacement. A little walk for dining options unless you eat in their Restaurant but food was not great.Staff spoke little English but always went above and beyond. I will book again.

Great hotel to wrap up your travels or adjust from jetlag. Clean and spacious. There is not much to do in the area, using the free shuttle is important for enjoying the rest of Narita. The jacuzzi hot tub has been unavailable since Covid, I wish it was available. I would stay here again for a night or 2 before or after a long flight.

This hotel is always our first day arriving Narita. Staff were all nice and we were impressed with staff recognising us. Hotel has a mini stop next to it and walking distance already got few restaurant. Some even 24 hrs.

We have had pleasant stays here on previous visits through Tokyo, this recent overnight stay was also very satisfactory. The shuttle bus is a great convenient service. We especially enjoy their breakfast; very reasonable cost when paid for when booking a room. One thing that would be most helpful to anyone that might use a cell phone or laptop or cpap or any electric device : provide electric outlets near the bed. Rooms seem very dated without such essentials.

Very amenable hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was large compared to others in Japan. Room was clean and well-equipped. 7-11 on the ground floor was convenient. Shuttle buses only come 1-2 Xs per hour and it was a 1/2 hour to the airport - but that seems be the case with most of the surrounding hotels. I would choose it again.
