I’ve never been to a hotel that consistently smelled awful throughout its entirety. The a/c while blowing was giving off a heavy mildew smell that caused my brother to have an asthma attack.

The room smelt terrible of mildew upon checkin. We sprayed perfume to make it tolerable. This morning there was a cockroach in the bathroom that I have a photograph of. Breakfast staff cursed at us.

This was rated as an 8.4..I would not rate it more than 7. The walls were paper thin, we had thread bare patches on our sheets and on the bath mat. Stain on the carpet. The breakfast was uneventful. Loud drunk guests in the hallways. Sounded like they were banging on our door but likely the walls. Room wasn't dirty but the general areas like elevator were not clean. Needed major updating. Would not stay there again.

I love stay at this location. Everything is in 2 min drive window nice area. The lady that prepare the breakfast is super nice and is willing to serve to please the customer.

Clean room, bed, refrigerator.Housekeeping made sure we had plenty of clean towels. I had a pool side view. They serve breakfast daily starting @6am(fresh fruit, pnb cups, jelly, pancakes, honey buns, pork sausage & bacon(no turkey or beef options, potatoes etc)Stayed on the 1st floor and other guests were slamming doors all through the night & I had to wake up @ 5am! What freaked me out was seeing 2 small roaches on the toilet on the 2nd day there!!!!

We stayed at the Best Western although I have to admit I was leery after reading some of the recent reviews. I am happy to report that we had no issues our room was clean and had everything we needed, if we did run out the staff at the front was able to provide it no problem. The staff was quiet and not always the most welcoming when you entered the hotel and walked past. A smile, wave or a hello from time to time would go far. Price was reasonable. We had rented a car so we were pleased with the free parking. It was fast to get to Broadway, the Stadium and the freeway to get around Nashville. Great location

The staff was very accommodating when we needed extra towels, bags, etc. My friends and I enjoyed the free breakfast and parking. The hotel was the perfect distance to downtown and the venue we were visiting. Great experience and the price was a good value. Would stay here again!

The hotel was a good price and did the job. However, there were numerous things that my friends and I did not enjoy. This includes the condition of the rooms. They had stains everywhere, the bathroom was not great, and they even had us fix the clogged toilet when it wasn't working! The breakfast was fine and the mini fridge was helpful for leftovers. The worst thing that happened was the sexual harassment from other guests. We were walking to our car and these older men on the second floor started banging on the glass, yelling at us, and taking their shirts off. It made us extremely uncomfortable and we got out of there fast. It's unfortunate that we felt uncomfortable somewhere we thought we'd be safe. Add to that fact that multiple ubers said this area wasn't that great.

Fun Nashville Weekend.
It was a nice place to stay. Only thing was carpets were kinda nasty. Otherwise the room was clean and cleaned daily. Staff was friendly.

The parking options were great. It wasn't far from downtown, whether you wanted to drive and park downtown or uber to downtown. The only problem, we had was with the outlets. Some worked, some didn't.
