I loved Bode's close proximity to all of the attractions in Nashville. The freindly staff made breakfast and check-in a breeze. Loved the nice touch of a playable guitar in the room, lends to the whole Nashville experience. Be warned, the close proximity to a fire station down the street coupled with non-soundproof windows and doors will let in those sirens throughout the night so bring ear plugs. The property and bar where very cool and look forward to taking in an outdoor movie night next time im in town.

Rooms were clean, no staff onsite - however, they are very responsive through text and go above and beyond to accommodate. Also, onsite events geared towards families were very appreciated with the limited things children can do in the city in the evenings.

Property is walking distance from downtown Nashville. This property is a "no frills" property, no dining offered and there is no front desk. The rooms with blinds allow too much light to enter the room in the early morning and there is a lot of traffic noise.

There were long black hairs in the bath tub, bathtub was old and grey from the 60s. Walls are paper thin so the traffic and people partying outside was constant. Room was very small. Not great value for what we paid. we wont stay there again. There are plenty of better and cheaper options in Nashville.

Conveniently located near Bridgestone arena and Broadway. You can see Nissan Stadium from the parking lot. 2 bedroom premium room offered plenty of space for 2 couples. Kitchen space offered everything we needed for coffee and breakfast in room and the living room space was comfy to relax in the evening. Only negative is this hotel has to be close to a firehall as there were sirens at all hours-but no fault of the hotel. Coffee shop and bar downstairs are cute and convenient.

This is the cutest hotel. We got a pocket bode and it was everything we needed! Perfect location for the concert we went to at Ascend Amphitheater

A few ants were in the room, but I would prefer that over other possible pests! Money was also in the shower next to the prefilled soap dispensers which makes me question how thoroughly it was cleaned. Otherwise the space was nice, and exactly what we needed for one night. Felt very safe and parking was easy. Within walking distance to amphitheater which is what we needed

Exactly as described/pictured. We booked the 3 bedroom premium suite, lots of space, clean and very comfortable beds! Easy walk to broadway, Martins BBQ and other restaurants. Would stay here again!

No staff on site overnight. Inadequate staffing for usual hotel amenities—like help with luggage. Everything was computer automated. Computerized check-in with no clear staff responsible for helping with luggage, directions. Sloppy housekeeping. No stopper for the tub, refrigerator unplugged, towels not replaced. No microwave. Tub uncomfortably low. When I requested things, a staff person responded but I had to ask for almost everything. Small room. No grab bars or anti-slip pads in the bathtub originally. The location was good and easy, safe walking to downtown venues, parks. I regret reserving a room there and will never return to the facility. Not recommended for anyone over 60!

Unique way to stay
Really cool place. Pros: Like staying in a condo. Unique furniture and comfortable beds. You are just a couple blocks from the main drag and I liked that because you can go have fun but when you get back it gives you distance from the outside noise so you can sleep. Customer service is done through text and it is fast response. Cons: Parking is lousy. You have to pay ($35 when we went) and there were no spots available when we arrived. We parked across the street in a private lot for $38 for a day. This wasn't something I wanted to deal with after a long drive. Second, AC in the unit is quite loud, but, at least you have it I guess. Lastly, the building is probably wood framed as when the family with a kid was running all over their room it was quite loud. And that kid ran around for a long time.

I love that Bode allows for check-in anytime, especially for customers who come from out of state with late flights. I also love that they hold your luggage while we ventured into the city after check out. The only drawback was that there wasn’t a sign on the elevator the morning we were checking out that said the elevator was out of service (the maintenance guy was painting on the first floor). We had to take our bags down the stairs and found out there was maintenance when we got to the first floor.

Over priced and misleading photos
This place was completely misleading with the online photos and over priced for what you get. It is small than a Super 8 Motel and had instant coffee where you had to use a teapot. Bed was comfy but could hardly move around in the room. No closet just a room and bathroom. The wall air conditioner was loud we had it at 66 degrees and it never got real cold.

The property was great, service was great, the only thing that what disappointing was breakfast options. Plenty of great breakfast spots nearby to choose from. The link to check was not working but staff were able to make it right. I do recommend this place to stay again.

Visited Nashville for a concert at Nissan Stadium and we tried Bode because of its proximity to the stadium as well as Broadway. Very convenient to both. The check in method was different at Bode, all online. I had a little trouble checking through the weblink but eventually was able to get all that handled. You see they are frontdeskless. There is someone there to assist at the cafe, but there is no check in desk per se! Our room was small but efficient and very clean. Cozy and comfortable! The property offers several gathering opportunities but we only need showering and sleeping for this trip. I’ll be sure to check out Bode the next time we plan an overnight to downtown Nashville.
