Checking in was easy. Staff was pleasant. The entire hotel is clean and actually smells extremely clean. The room is really nice and the handicap shower is really cool! They have two elevators one was down the entire trip. And on my final day to check out I waited for 15 minutes while housekeeping was trying to get the elevator to come up for me it kept going out. So now two elevators are gone. When I got to the front desk to notify the lady like housekeeping instructed me to, that rude woman made me wait for her to get off the phone while she was texting and she made it seem like I was interrupting her. They didn't do anything to remedy the situation I had to pay full price still. Was disappointed at checkout. Clean hotel- 50/50 staff care.

The hotel location was excellent, but one of the elevators didn’t work and every time I plugged in my microwave it shorted out one side of the room.

staff good, but building sucks.
The staff is GREAT. The building was hurtin' with only one front door working and only one elevator working. Stairs were not an option as used only for emergencies. The breakfast is NOT complementary and for $13 left a LOT to be desired. Location is good near the stadium.

Perfect location for the game. Unfortunately while at the game the cleaning went into our room, while we had the do not disturb sign up and stole our gun and my husband med. also went through my daughter make and bag. Front staff not helpful at all.

I liked that they had a free shuttle to downtown and the staff was excellent. The beds were a little bit too firm but OK and if you are next to an adjoining room, you will hear the people next to you walls are very thin

Price was great and free parking. Hotel was clean and updated. There is a shuttle but the Uber was cheap to get to Broadway. Saved a lot of money staying here instead of right downtown by Broadway.
