Great hotel within walking distance of Frist museum, Rhyman theater and if your desire, Broadway street! We were upgraded to Utopia suite and enjoyed playing table shuffleboard! The dining is very loud but folks were waiting in line to enter. Free coffee and pastry in morning is a nice touch. Only complaint would be excessive hotel taxes and parking at 60 a night! You could possible find public parking if you scouted out before hand and just walk to the hotel. Also, keyed elevator is a great safety feature!

The hotel was beautiful, but Saturday night was locked out of my room. The master key did not work so they had to put me in another room and then I couldn’t get into my room and had to stay another day and pay for the room at half price still feel like, they should compensate me on Saturday night since I did not have my room to stay in with all of my belongings

Decent hotel. Good location to Broadway.
Good hotel in a great part of town. Only a short walk to broadway. Would have left a 5 star review if housekeeping hadn’t tried running us out of our room a hour and a half before the posted check out time of 11am.

Beautiful hotel, central location
Beautiful hotel centrally located. We stayed for one night and although the room was compact, it was comfortable and clean. No view from the windows unfortunately but didn’t bother us to be honest.
