Couples retreat
Everything was super clean and cozy but the bed and pillows was a little too soft for my liking. The blanket was a nice down comforter.The fridge kept everything nice and cold and the Keurig coffee maker was also nice. The lobby was very clean and elegant. We was disappointed with the downstairs hot tub.THE FRONT DESK informed us that a kid had an accident and it was closed for repairs.I really wanted to relax in the hot tub 😫 Overall our stay was good 👍

The bathroom floors were extremely dirty and a couple of towels were not clean. Also pillow case had makeup on it and I don’t wear makeup. Asked for clean sheets and pillows. It didn’t happen. The front desk clerk when we checked in was really nice though.

Customer service was great. The woman working the desk at night was extremely personable and respectful. She was also understanding of my flight delayed and checking in late, helping me to feel comfortable and answer any questions. The room was excellent, clean and exactly what was expected. Pricey for limited amenities
It's a newer property, breakfast was good. The rooms are clean. The Hot tub wasn't working. They don't have late shuttle service. Kinda pricey for not having the amenities I needed and wanted.
