My husband and I appreciated the early check in. We were assigned a ground floor room initially which we found to be noisy (foot and car traffic outside). We asked for a different room and we were accommodated without any problem.

Within walking distance to Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Bridgestone arena. Large clean room with all the amenities needed. The breakfast consisted of everything from a hot breakfast(eggs, sausage, bacon and hashbrowns), to cereal, bagels, waffles fruit and yogurts. Coffees and tea, juices and milk also provided. The all day coffee and tea bar set up is a welcoming touch when coming back from a long day of sightseeing.

The property itself is nice - but you can tell it's older and hasn't been properly updated. The building and location are the only two good things about staying here. Front desk staff are rude and not willing to be helpful when needed. Several questions were met with silence and a shrug or a no without trying even trying to help. Based on the staff (particularly the ladies at the front desk) we would not stay here again which is a shame because it's very conveniently located.
