I specifically choose a room with 2 queen and a sleeper sofa as we had 2 adults and 3 children. When we checked in, we were informed that they didn’t have any more of that room, only 2 queen rooms. They did put a roll away in the room but it was ridiculously cramped. They blamed it on Hotels.com. I am not happy.

Beautiful property with a great staff! Shout out to Ashley for the amazing job she did! Buffet was good and the room was clean and comfortable. I use a walker and it was an easy place to maneuver. We also brought our furbaby and she was comfortable too. We will be back!

The staff were amazing!! Only thing we had a defective Keurig coffee machine but they switched it out immediately. The pool was small and not very clean. Other than that, the hotel was great!!!

We checked in after 10 o’clock and checked out before 10 o’clock in the morning. We are there less than 12 hours and during that time it was a very easy process to check in the room was very clean and there are amenities located at the hotel.

The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good, they even had gluten free bread packaged in individual baggies. They had a complimentary toothbrush for my son because he forgot his.
