Check in took a long time. No directions given re: elevators, gym or pool. Room has a leak under the carpet. Bathroom with loud whistling noise lasting for minutes when you flush. Leaking tub and water tank. Plumber fixed the noise but said next time that extra hissing sound was not a leaky tank!!. Moved after 2 nights in this room to another room. Non working remote and telephone. Unacceptable level of service. Staff tried to help but it took longer than usual for repair men to show up and the plumber did not consider the leak when he came for the second time. The discrepancy between floors in terms of room basic services were too great to ignore. I was very disappointed and I did not get a reasonable compensation for wasted time complaining, getting issues resolved and moving from the leaky room to another room. Definitely not worth what I paid. I expect having an inhabitable room with basic working components and not to ask for fixing for everything.

Getting electric shock while using the air dryer. They said sorry and do something about it. New airdry arrived. Nobody else is talked to us about any compensation for the shock that my wife received.

Nashville hotel with free parking and shuttle
Great staff at reception. Really friendly and informative. Shuttle was so convenient too. Pool area good and clean. Rooms could do with a little updating but to be honest we didn’t spend much time there only slept. Great position for getting on freeway to all points in Nashville. Free parking great

When I checked in I was given keys to a room that had not been cleaned (the beds were unmade and slept in, there was trash on the night stand, towels on the floor, etc). I was then given a different room and there were remnants of party decorations (tape on the ceiling, parts of a party streamer on the light above the sink), the bathtub didn’t drain properly, there were stray hairs on the bathroom floor, a candy wrapper on the floor in the bedroom, and on the last morning we pulled apart the bed sheets to find my friend’s headphone case and found that there was blood on the underside of the comforter- it did not look washed but instead just flipped over and tucked in (my friend had no injuries). The “free” shuttle is also not exactly free as advertised, customers pay a fee for the shuttle in their hotel fee when originally booking a room (just don’t need to pay any extra each day to ride it once arrived at the hotel). Then, the shuttle will leave early from downtown even if there is one seat still available (we had this happen to us and watched as they took off early when we had only needed one seat for our friend to return, if they had waited we would not have had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to return to downtown).

For the price it was adequate. There is a free shuttle, however I waited for over an hour for the last one (was told it woud pick up at 10:45 downtown Nashville, I was there at 10:10) ... and it never came.

Our room had no refrigerator. The air didn’t work. Room was filthy tub was disgusting. Nothing like the pictures. Light was hanging off the wall wires exposed and drawer was falling off the desk. Would never stay here again the lobby looks decent then you get to rooms are terrible I rented two and both filthy.

Good enough for what we needed. Shuttle to Broadway downtown was AWESOME. Hotel staff during the day/early evening was NOT friendly and rather rude. The lady in the night was quite friendly, the others could learn from her!!!
