The property was better than expected considering it is a budget hotel. Staff very helpful. The one issue i couldnt get was wi fi i was only there for one night so not a big proplem. Would book there again if in melbourne.

The pictures that are provided did not match the room that i obtained. Tiny, old carpet, stains on the shower walls and on the paint walls. Needs major upgraded - combine two rooms to make one

The property was definitely a ultra budget hotel, however they charged overpriced room rates because of the Afl grand final. They were painting the hallways it had a very strong smell. The room next to us was soooo noisy at 4am in the morning. My husband killed a giant cockroach in the toilet and we were kn ths 3rd floor. Anytime we got in the lifts there was spit on the ground and rubbish left behind by uncaring customers The bed was small possibly a double. Not the place to stay for 5 night's

The hotel is in a good position in the city. However, the term Budget is really true, we had a twin room or more descriptive would be a shoebox. There is no bathroom as such, just a shower cubicle with a shower curtain for modesty. The toilet is separate. There is nowhere to put anything while you are having a shower, there is not a hook in the room, not even on the back of the doors. The paint is peeling in the room, and the curtain was hanging off the rail. Only one bedside table, and no lamps. It was cheap, but with a little more attention to detail it would be more presentable and comfortable.
