Good location near Nissan stadium,Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Overall the hotel is a bit run-down. The outlets beside our bed did not work. Our toilet rocked when you sat down. Area around the pool is dirty. We did report the outlets and toilet at checkout.

The parking is not great. We went to the Titans game at 1pm that day of check in. The check out time is at 11am. So i thought we could park there and then walk over and check in after the game was over. That was not the case. Told we would have to pay for parking at the hotel when we check in and then have to find different parking for the game. Ended up being $75 just for one day of parking.

Liked that you could walk down to Broadway and back, even at midnight. But was told that it was $25. to park a night which expedia said that parking was free, so need to update hotel information regularly.

This hotel has been terrific! We were very pleased with how close it was to the performing arts center. The staff were excellent and friendly and our room was comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return again!

Our room was quiet. They had your typical continental breakfast with cereal, bread, bagels, apples and oranges, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, coffee and all that kind of stuff.

You advertised this hotel was downtown - NOT REALLY! I would call it very close to downtown but after sitting numerous times on the bridge to leave downtown due to traffic that statement needs rephrased.

The main reason why we booked here was the advertised shuttle to downtown and it was discontinued. So we spent over $300 in Ubers fees and could’ve just stayed closer to Broadway. The rooms have been recently renovated and it is an older hotel but it was clean. The staff were very pleasant when we checked in. Not so much the other days. I don’t think we would stay here again though.
