The ac wall unit didn’t work so I had to use the window unit which was fine except it was extremely dusty where it hadn’t been used I assume and it blew lots of dust and it caused me to have an allergy attack…not good!

The people were very friendly, I arrived an hour early and they let me check in early, the only problem was that the day we arrived the elevator broke down. Breakfast was good, they had hot food options and waffles, I would liked them to include more fruit.

Pet fee for 45 lbs dog is $35 not $20. I called prior to arrival to confirm pet fee rate. Rep asked for weight of dog and I confirmed 45 lbs. and he confirmed $20 let fee. We arrived at hotel land rep changed rate to $35. We had disagreement but already too late, I was committed. This is probably what rep expected and to make extra $15. This is unfair business. No complaints about the hotel except this.

The first thing I noticed was the nice welcome I received at the front desk. The young lady who signed us in was very friendly and professional. She answered all questions and was very helpful. Second, the room was very, very clean and refreshing. Our overnight stay was pleasant and comfortable.
