Construction throughout this hotel made it look a bit a mess and ive never heard of having to ask for a fridge for your room but staff was fantastic and besides the remodel or construction it was very peaceful

I really enjoyed everything about the property, except the quality of the bed and duvet on the bed. I felt the bed too hard and the duvet was very flat, just almost like another sheet. But loved The Library! The food was excellent and drinks fun! Thank you for hosting my first solo getaway!

Nice place, room was big and clean and good value for the price. Had a few issues with room a/c not getting below 74 which was tough to sleep 1 night. They sent maintenance twice, set a/c to 67 but it never got below 70 which was just good enough to sleep. Overall a nice place and would consider staying again

Staff is not friendly or helpful, at all. The check in lady not polite, wouldn't even smile, the gold-cart lady that offered rides downtown was rude and told us the ride "was risky", we tried to eat upstairs (the one with the view) and after 15 minutes of not being served or even looked at, we left. I wouldn't stay here again. Service was terrible.
