The Apartment was convenient, but limited parking to check in. Receptionist accent was very hard to understand instructions on how to enter the carparks. When it is your first visit it was a bit stressful to self enter the building and park a vehicle. Now that I have done it, it will be easier next time. The receptionist needs to give more clear instructions for someones first stay.

The setting is great. I love the fact that, all amenities was in my apartment room - like a home away from my home. I was happy with the friendliness and helpful of the staff at the reception. I would definitely come back and stay in this properly for my next trip to Brisbane.

Room had great view of the City. Comfy bed. Good location. Seemed to be very quiet. The not so good. Room was tired and in need of a makeover. No hot water 1st morning. No plugs in sinks. Unable to wash up. Extra security lock needed on front door. If the price is right would be a good place to stay.

Communication was easy, bathrooms could be updated and staff were very nice. Convenient store are within walkable distance and shopping centres are within a short drive or walk but the location is hilly.
