"Absolutely Outstanding Stay! Ridge Apartments Hotel exceeded all expectations during my stay. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to key attractions while still maintaining a peaceful and relaxed vibe. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. The amenities, including the pool and fitness area, were top-notch and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with the stunning views from the balcony – a perfect way to start or end the day. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Ridge Apartments Hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!"

As stated elsewhere the rooms are tired but clean, the aircons cold, beds comfy and who wants to stay in the room all day? The pool area, gym and common room are clean bright and airy. Good place to stay for 2 or 3 days.

It was great that we got upgraded but the room was run down and old. Furniture is falling apart and the bathrooms need a make over. Mould in a few places.

The after hours check in was an absolute nightmare. The after hours number wouldn’t connect, I had to call through to the emergency line after a few attempts. The car parking was poorly explained, thankfully eventually someone helpful allowed us to park in the staff parking. The apartment itself was not worth half of what I paid for it. There was plenty of damage throughout, the furnishing reminded me of a student accommodation and the windows and doors are paper thin. I must however make a special mention to the lovely bloke who did one checkout, he was very apologetic and understanding.

Location of the property is great, in a quiet areas very near heart of CBD and near central station, which is very convenient to move about. The only issue I hav is the facilities inside the room, very dated carpet and dated furniture, broken towel rack which is not fixed n broken bulbs which they were fixed the next day when I informed the front desk.

Well you get a room that is very tired paint chips etc then the carpet that has peaks and troughs. A old tv that cant play hi definition nor is it a smart tv that u could use your streaming service with Then in the morning you open the kitchen drawer to german cockroaches total disaster over priced its 80 a night thats what it should be This place is appalling no one should pay the inflacted price for a shithold Ive stay in motels at 130 a night that would be 5 star compared with this disaster I will never stay again

There where no bedside table lamos or lights nor a light switch near the bed to turn out the ceiling light. The switch to turn out the ceiling light was situated next to the door to the room The shower was also faulty. Despite me reporting these to reception nothing got done about them. Ver disappointed.

I stay at the Ridge regularly and prefer staying here. On the night of the 19th of November 2024, a tenant was evicted from his property on Level 3 and crashing and banging things around that it was impossible to sleep. I had to go out and confront him myself.

Good location, nice staff. Could do with a refurb
The size of the apartment was very large. However the aparment could with new carpets and a new sofa ( the sofa needed a good clean also) generally the apartment is in need of updating. The light in one of the bathrooms stopped working. Staff tried to replace a bulb but an electrician was required, which did not happen during our stay. The location was witin reasonable walking distance of all attractions. Despite the issues the staff were very friendly and tried to address the issus promptly
