The innkeepers here adhere to a policy of no-contact. There is no personal contact at checkin or out, and only a telephone number is provided in case of problems. When I dialed that number, "the mailbox is full." Thus, I could not get the temperature of the room, which was unbearably low, adjusted. Nor could any other problem, e.g., a lack of cups at the coffee machine, be corrected.
The environment is beautiful, the accommodations clean and physically comfortable--but the stay gave no pleasure because of the cold.
The "continental breakfast" supplied was very skimpy: one small tangerine, a small apple, a banana, and a wrapped muffin. No cups, so no coffee.
