Decent facilities, poor service
Super clean and spacious as always, master mattress seems a little worn out, we called the front desk several times both days about confirming check out time and requesting additional towels and a blanket but nobody answered the phone, I got my own extra towels but never received a blanket, the pool (or the one across the parking lot) is unavailable every time we stay here

No room service no spa no coffee in lobby. That was very disappointing And would probably influence me to stay somewhere else. Room was very nice. Not enough trash cans in our suite. Ridiculously small trash cans.

Along with check in being at 3 but told I can’t check in til 4 the ac in the room sounded like a fire truck the shower head was (or looked like from the 90s). Staff makes excuses I left a day early even though room was paid for in advance. Never again

For the amount of money I paid to stay in a Junior Suite the room was so dirty. The second tv in the sitting room did not work, I told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. My room was never cleaned. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered. So I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and sheets. The pool area was dirty and old. Every piece of metal in there was rusted and chipped paint on every wall. Needless to say the only nice part of the hotel was the lobby. The elevators, halls, room was dirty.

Birthday staycation
Went for a brief staycation to celebrate a birthday. During check in, they wanted to upgrade to their best room - but that’s what we had booked already so they offered us complimentary breakfasts. All the staff we encountered were amazing.
