“Island Dream" Cozy, Sound views, Pool

'Island Dream' is located in the quiet Sunset Harbour Villas complex 1/2 way between the intra-coastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico beach on the beautiful Navarre Beach. Although this is not a beach front property, it is only a short walk, 1 - 1 1/2 block from the beach. Large Community Pool and gas grill for your enjoyment.



The coastal cottage charm of our condo makes it instantly your home away from home the moment you walk though the door. The living area has a sofa and two comfortable chairs equipped with a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare full meals or small snacks. The bedroom offers a king size bed, a 24 inch flat screen TV and DVD player and a private bathroom with tub/shower. Bunk beds provide a comfortable sleeping space for children or adults in a hallway alcove. A 2nd bathroom off the hall is available for your convenience. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your use.

Stop and pick up groceries before crossing the bridge onto the island and you will not need to get in your car again while here, or, if you prefer, you can experience some of the excellent restaurants in the area. Shopping, golf, carpet golf, water parks, The Zoo, The Gulfarium, the Naval Air Station are all a short drive away . Navarre Beach offers a restaurant and a bar (with sand volleyball courts) on the bay, a restaurant on the beach, and a very casual outdoor restaurant at the longest pier in the panhandle extending into the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect for family of 4
My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very convenient to the pool, and the sound was a short walk with a great beach area for the kids. There were a couple of public beach access areas close by but too far for us to lug our beach stuff so we ended up driving. If we stayed here again would strongly consider renting one of the golf carts up the street for easier transportation. The unit was clean and well stocked for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the cable tv in living room was spotty and we were not able to use it. The TV did have netflix and we were able to sign into our account to watch. Other than that everything was great and would definitely recommend!

Mostly A Good Stay
First off, very nice place that was clean, comfortable and good location. Why I probably wouldn't stay here again - 1) we flew in from out of town for a wedding so brought only our clothes. We stay at VRBOs and AirBs because there is a kitchen and we like to cook basic meals for breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner. We were mystified that the kitchen had no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, ketchup or aluminum foil (for grilling), first rental we have had with nearly bare kitchen. It cost us $$$ to buy these items to cook only for them to be tossed out when we left - kinda silly when the owner could provide these, keep on site and spread the cost out over 10 renters. Id suggest charging a couple dollars more a night and provide these inexpensive items to make it easier. 2) Both my wife and my allergies went crazy when we were in Florida and it was worse the minute we walked into the townhome with itchy runny eyes & nose. We weren't there long enough to be certain of the cause so maybe others can add comments if they experience the same and find a connection. 3) my wife has long thick hair and discovered the blow dryer only worked on cool and on low setting this making it useless. 4) also discovered while getting ready to touch up wrinkles jn dress the iron does not work properly, no steam so attended in wrinkles dress. 5) getting ready to leave read check out info that instructed us to wash and dry the towels before leaving.

Overall, this condo was nice, comfy, and quiet. It was within a short walk to the beach, but plenty of parking if you didn't want to walk. The kitchen looked well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Nice water pressure in showers. My only suggestion is for extra pillows for those like me that like to use more than one. I would stay here again.

Fantastic unit! Perfectly appointed, king sized bed, nice linens and quilts, quite and off the main drag. Easy drive to anywhere, nice pool with outdoor shower, short walk to the beach, lots of smart touches (lots of hooks and racks, lots of beach stuff and hangers, outlets and extention cords, soaps, good toilet paper, soap, etc.) Cozy properties and attentive office staff. Perfect for a couple, grandma and grandkids, families (sleeps 6 comfortably). Well designed space and a roomy kitchen. Tons of dishes and powerful ac. Fans in all rooms. We will book again!

Great value - very close to the beach!
This is a great property that is far enough from The Gulf that the price is low, but the beach is a very short 5 minute walk. The area was very quiet and the best part, you can take a sunset stroll on the sound side and get one of the best shows I have ever seen! The until is updated and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well, especially for a rental. The only negative thing I can say is the patio chairs need replacing, as they are very wobbly and seem dangerous.

The condo was a nice stay for us. We were not in the condo much as we were in Florida playing sports for the week, but it was nice and clean and served our needs well. The check-in process was easy and the keypad on the door made it so simple to come and go as we needed. The close beach access was also nice and it was very quiet.

Great long weekend getaway condo
Great location with a quiet peaceful feel. Only steps to the pool and a small bay view. To cold for swimming but would have been great with warmer weather. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. Beach was beautiful. Condo was very clean, decorated nicely with comfortable bed and cozy bedding. We would stay again!

Great place
This was our first visit to Navarre. The condo was great. it was clean and had what we needed. Close to pool and not far to sound side. Also close to beach. Navarre beach is beautiful but it does not have lots of “other” things to do. Don’t worry tho it’s not far to go find go carts or shopping.

Whirlwind wedding weekend
My husband and I came down for our son's wedding. It was a busy weekend and it was great knowing we had a relaxing place to come "home" to after each day. And to start with a beautiful coffee and walk on the beach each morning was a great way to set our day. The condo was lovely, super clean and spacious - having everything we needed.

Nice, clean property. Good location. Quiet neighbors. Pool area was about 30 feet from our door. Beach was a short walk or you could drive and park a short distance. Beautiful beaches! Not crowded. Would definitely stay here again!!! Diana was easy to work with!
