The property is nice - well decorated and maintained. Service was good. The only concern was that one of our rooms had incomplete housekeeping - a comforter was missing and the bathroom needed more attentive cleaning - but I would think that, since the other room was good, this was just a lapse.

It started with not being able to read the printing of the WiFi password on the key envelope. The TV system was extremely bad and when I spoke to the lady at the desk about it, she said she doesn't know anything about the TV and she didn't print the password on the key card so she was taking no responsibility for it. It continued with not being able to control the heater as it was stupid hot in the room despite having the temperature setting at 61 degrees. I ended up turning it off which left it cold in the middle of the night. I won't be back

Not very quiet. You can hear every guest walking and talking down the hallways. Snow clearing equipment in parking lot in middle of night.
