Stunning modern home positioned directly above the Cut - Nelson's iconic harbour entrance, offering stunning Sea views over the Bay and the endless show of boats coming in and out the harbour. You'll enjoy watching at the ballet of the little yacht club sailors practise, or following the sailing boats on the Wednesday regattas.The views and all day sun stream into the living area, and across the outdoor entertaining deck. Excellent indoor-outdoor flow via large sliding doors that open from the open kitchen/dining and living room areas to an alfresco dining setting.

You’ll enjoy a modern decor, fully-equipped kitchen, plush carpets underfoot, Heat pump, TV with FreeView and DVD, free high speed WiFi internet and outside parking space.
Laundry facilities include washing machine, dryer and a large desk. We provide all linens including towels, pantry and sanitary basics, linen service and standard housekeeping at departure.

An easy walk down to The Boatshed, Harbour Light, Nahm and Styx waterfront restaurant and cafes, Above the Cut is also only a few minutes drive to the beach and Nelson city centre.

The team who stayed at this property said it worked well for the group. The only issue was a very bad smell coming from the kitchen sink owing to a blockage. They fixed this themselves.

A great place for our purposes. Easy process. A couple of small maintenance points. The downstairs shower leaks rather badly on the floor and could be hazardous under foot. That aside a marvellous experience thank you

Lovely home with stunning views
A lovely, clean, well set up holiday home. The views are stunning and it was great to sit out on the deck in the sun (when it wasn't raining...) or sit inside and watch the many boats, windsurfers and kayakers make their way out of the harbour. A very relaxing base to explore Nelson from.

Stunning views, gorgeous home, easy location.
This property suited our 8 adult (4 couples) group for the follow up relaxation after our 5 day Abel Tasman track. Stunning views, watching the boats and the tides, always something to see. Handy location to the city and restaurants and activities House was well appointed and had an easy layout for us, and the all important coffee machine. We made the most of relaxing on the deck watching the scenes on the water and the clouds, and the trails left by aircraft criss-crossing the blue sky. Loved our time here.

The property was perfect for our needs. Amazing views but more importantly comfortable and great facilities. We felt we could really relax even though it was someone else's place. Long weekend retreat
Five of us came to stay in Nelson for a long weekend, and experience what Nelson had to offer - the food, the wine, the cycle track and some the local sights. The house was great for us. Big enough for us not to fall over each other, a well provisioned kitchen so that we could both eat in and out. And a stunning view.
