This hotel is beautiful. It is spotless. Very modern and efficient. Good location. The only issue we had was there was no hot water in the morning for us to shower. I wish I had thought to shower the evening before! It was fixed within two hours, but that didn't work for our program. I would stay here again. It was otherwise very comfortable. Upgraded room was on a higher floor and had a nice view but not sure it was worth the upcharge.

We appreciated being able to use the public transit right outside the door. Convenient and frequent street cars. The restaurant had a small menu, but everything was delicious!

The hotel staff was excellent. We checked into our room and the AC did t work. We called the front desk and a staff member came immediately to check. She agreed the air was not working and immediately moved us to another room with no hassle. Good service. Hotel room came with free train ticket to get to area popular with bars and restaurants. My only complaint was that Expedia said there was free parking for silver members but we had to pay $40 for parking. It didn’t spoil the hotel experience though. The staff made up for it. But I’ll be calling Expedia when I get home.

Good hotel although bit expensive for such a small room. Great location to catch tram and go into the main town and old part. Very helpful concierge who parked our car and helped with locating car park and info on which tram to catch

1 night stay after Viking extension
Stay is very good. Kept 1 of our luggages for us after Viking extension check out while we were away for 3 nights visiring relatives. Came back after but room was smaller because of type of reservation and price made thru Hotels.com.
