I have a dog which I paid $30 for a pet fee per night and then an extra $50 for incidentals. My dog came into the building and got some mud on its feet and hopped on the bed. Just made a few marks on sheets. They also stated that she had a lot of fur on the bed and they had to wash the sheets more than once. My dog did not chew anything did not make an accident did not bark. We are just getting in trouble because the dog being a dog got a little bit dirty. Nothing washers couldn’t take care of. I understand extra in the beginning but $30 to make that go towards washing sheets and washing up stuff that maybe a dog did, but to charge the $50 fee for just having to put it into an extra load and clean it makes no sense

After using a 60 discount on booking online I got one night stay for 63.00 instead of 123.00. I had made reservations with hotel directly when we arrived we showed where we paid online for a room and the reservation that still was there cancell and jusy use current paid in full one night stay, they charged my card for the 1st reservation 123.00 plys tax ontop if already getting paid from online they said i had to call the place i reserved the one and it was them they wouldn't refund me gave me anither night and then asked me to leave because we had to get our dog dropped off so theybkicked us out. 198.26 for 10 hours and then kicked us out they are dog friendly. Hotel isn't worth too dollar and I'm disputing charge niw

When I arrived the entry was properly clean. Went to my room entered the back door and discovered the door latch was broken and would unlock without a key. Entered the building and there was a significant amount of trash there and was not picked up for 2 days. Hallways and stairwell dirty in need of cleaning. Last when I entered in my room didn’t notice that there where no towels in the and didn’t see any till Monday

Being a pet friendly establishment caused some problems. Dogs barking half the night. Would recommend asking for a room away from pets. Also, for a non-smoking establishment, the aroma of pot in the hallways was constant 24/7. Not exactly family friendly. On the bright side the rooms and the pool were nice.

I stayed here because it said it had a hot tub. When I got there the hot tub was out of order. So I said can I get a room with a bathtub then so I can at least relax in there. So I got the bathtub. Went to take a bath and the water kept draining out. The lights in the room had the fixtures removed so you had to plug them in for them to work. The exhaust fans fixture was removed. So I asked for a different room they gave me a room went to go into the bathroom and the toilet was running nonstop and the water was dripping in the bath tub. The exhaust fan fixture in this room was also removed. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Property in need of repair - the sprinkler head leaked and I had to be put in another room. Outlet plates broken, no refrigerator, floors in bad shape, threshold piece missing, not enough outlets and charging ports, sink clogged. Also no room service for two consecutive days, even though requested at the front desk.

The floors were filthy. The trim was unattached between the bathroom and hotel room. Towels had holes in them. Hot tub wasn't working. The pool had stuff on the bottom of it. The walls were all dinged up, as were the floors. It was a poorly maintained property. The carpeted floors in halls did look like they had ever been vacuumed.
