Black mold was on the ceiling in the bathroom. Rm 218 to be exact, and the bathroom fans didn’t work either.

This hotel was adequate for our one night stop while traveling. Easy to get to right off the highway. The only complaint we had was the AC. It did not keep the room cool during the night. We had to leave early the next morning and never said anything to the staff so I can’t say how it would have been handled.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. When I checked in the room was warm, adjusted the thermostat and the temperature continued to climb. Talked to the front desk, she stated that room was previously placed out of service due to the AC not working and she didn’t understand why it was placed back in service. Another party had all of the other 2 queen bed options booked, even though there was only a few cars in the parking lot. Attempted to get a refund, but hotels.com stated the property owner was abiding by the no cancellation policy and would not release my money. Thanks to the incompetent management of this property I’m out $170 and had to move my party of 5 to another hotel 20 miles down the road.

Nice staff but hot rooms in rough condition
The hotel staff was nice and helpful. However, the accommodations were lacking. The first room we were given had a broken AC (temp in the room was 80 degrees). After several minutes of realizing it wasn’t cooling, we visited the front desk, and they immediately gave us another room. The second room was cooler but still never got down to 70 degrees the whole stay. Both of the rooms were clean, but the furniture was well worn and in need of repair (I.e. peeling faux leather, broken lamps, missing tv remotes).

A/c issues!
A/c issues! Couldn't get the room to get below 74 so we switched rooms... Got that room to go down to 73 and that's it! It was terrible!! Couldn't sleep! Carpet was wet close to the A/c unit - probably wasn't draining correctly and the water was leaking out..... Will not stay there again.

Nasty! We checked in very late & got to our room to see that it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. There were stains & food in the carpet. Every table, counter, vanity surface had something on it; like very obvious food, toothpaste, mystery piles. There were cob webs on the lights & mirrors. Stains on walls and furniture. Peeling couch and ottoman. This is by far the worst I’ve seen. It was so late that we asked to move to another room & it was a little cleaner but not great. The hotel is very beat up and worn down. Staff was nice but I would NOT stay here again.
